The final exam was solved with a 107/140 average. One student achieved full score 140! Here are practice exams:

Here is a 9 minute review from 2019 from the summer:

Hourly 2

The second hourly took place on Thursday, 7/20/2023. Here are practice exams (old exams in this course):

Practice 1, [Solutions] Practice 2, [Solutions] Practice 3, [Solutions] Practice 4, [Solutions] Practice 5, [Solutions]

Hourly 1

The first hourly turned out to be a notch too hard. Maybe because I wetted it with Chat GPT who solved the problems with flying colors. Even tough problems like |vec(i) i||vec(i) i| which tries to confuse (and was as expected not even solved by one student in this class) and which was posed as a bonus problem, was no problem at all for Chat GPT 4. I have no doubt that the first exam was also considered challenging because we had no opportunity for review as the 4th of July was snatching away 3 hours of our classes this summer. This happens every few years unfortunately.
Here are practice exams (old exams in this course)
Practice 1, [Solutions] Practice 2, [Solutions] Practice 3, [Solutions] Practice 4, [Solutions] Practice 5, [Solutions]
A modification of an old joke! (Compare problem 3 in Practice 1.)
