Burger and Fries

There are two fundamentally different ways to reduce a triple integral to a lower dimensional integral. Either reduce it to a single variable integral, or then reduce it to a double integral. The first is the ``Burger Method", the second is the ``Fries method". In the first, we add up the values we get on the different layers (cheese, meet, lattice or tomato), in the second part, we add up the values on the different fries.
