The newest Indiana Jones is a nice closure to the genre. The theme of the
Antikythera is fantastic. I have always told the story in the
Math for teaching.
I have my own Antikythera visible here in a lecture on
computer science.
Also the appearance of Archimedes is not new to me.
Here is a lecture from
the fall of 2018, where I imagine meeting Archimedes using
a "Quantum forward tunneling".
Of course putting the Antikythera together with a time machine idea gives the Indiana Jones theme. The movie
was running in open doors for me.
