Webwork is a web based system which allows students to do homework or review questions. The problems are personalized for each student. The problems can also be downloaded in PdF/PS/TEX form. The instructor can at any time obtain an overview over the progress of the class by checking the status of correctly completed homework.
Webwork was developed by Prof. Michael Gage and Prof. Arnold Pizer of the Mathematics Department at the University of Rochester.
