Midterm Results: Each problem was worth 30 points; the bonus was worth 15 points. A perfect score (w/o bonus) was 120. An average score was 90.
The midterm will be a 1 hour, in class, on Thursday, 24 October. It covers weeks 1-6 of Math 131, including all homework, solutions, lectures, and readings from Munkres and from the course notes. More specifically, it covers Munkres Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7, and the course notes up to (but not including) Algebraic Topology.
